I Have to Had Me One of These

Screw those Back to the Future box set, aargh! It made me remember my childhood obsession of time travel once again. Here's how it started, two weeks ago, I borrowed my bosses Back to the Future Box set. Nostalgic moment, I thought. Bring back great memories, I thought.

Now what happens only after seeing the first movie? I'm reading about the over-my-head complicated theories of Time Travel and it's paradox. Not only that, I’m obsessed with Marty McFly’s Nike sneakers that he wore when he got back to 1955. Aargh, it is so uber cool! According to Back to the Future forum, the name for the series was “Ace 83”, yet someone else called it “Fortnight”, anyhow, I don’t know which one is true, all I know (and hope) is that I can find that baby in the jungle of Jakarta. Wish me luck!

PS: or maybe, I should ask Cee-Lo of Gnarls Barkley, he wore those nice kicks in one of the Spin cover back in November 2006.

UPDATE: I just found that there's a present day clone of that kind of shoes now (with pics). It's a "Nike Tennis Classics" kind of model. Now that's surely help me a lot in finding the model, 'cause I think I saw that kind in one of the Nike store here. Yippie! :)
