Electronic Arts (EA) Los Angeles is currently developing "Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3", the next iteration of its popular 'Command & Conquer Red Alert' game series.(thanx Joystiq!)
EA said the mainstay of the new game is its fully cooperative, story-driven campaign rendered in a 'light-hearted' style. By contrast, EA's 'Command & Conquer Tiberium' series has an essentially serious, stark tone.
CNET released a quick review of Windows Vista SP1 Performance, stating:
In our initial round of testing, we saw a mixed bag of results: we saw a few notable performance improvements under some conditions as well as significant performance degradations in others. For the most part, however, we saw little difference in performance between Vista and the Vista SP1 update.It was a brief yet throughout review. A very good one.
